Sammy was a pleasure to work with. She provided great information and options for us in terms of transportation and lodging. We worked with her for over 6 months prior to our trip, and throughout that time she was always responsive to all our questions. During the trip, she was very helpful in contacting our hotel about an unexpected late arrival, and she quickly got a refund for us when a tour was cancelled.
