Kayla was the absolute best and sweetest and caring travel agent I’ve ever met! I wanted to create an experience for my family especially my children due to a recent family member loss. My daughter had a birthday in August and she wanted to go swimming somewhere fun and be like the little mermaid. Kayla found the Phoenician resort, booked us a wonderful suite and made sure to provide all the activities including their swimming pool which was absolutely luxurious! Three weeks later my son had his birthday and since he is younger we want to create another family adventure…. Kayla started researching and recommended Legoland!! I was nervous but she calmed all my nerves and planned everything to the T!!! The kids had the best experience, the room was absolutely amazing… the hotel amenities and activities for the kids were top notch, and Kayla went above and beyond to make sure we had all the tickets for all the park attractions and any extras to make sure we had the best experience!

Kayla was a great agent from start to finish! She listened to everything we wanted for our vacation and planned the perfect trip for us. She provided us so much helpful information- things we wouldn’t have even thought to ask! She was very responsive the entire time and made sure we were all set with everything we needed to get to Jamaica, during our stay, and our departure. Kayla did a great job accommodating our family of 10 on a 6 day trip to a Mexican all inclusive. Flights, transportation, insurance and a variety of all-inclusive resorts were investigated. And due to the two toddlers on our trip, she had additional logistics to manage. When we finally pinned down flights and the resort, she gave us lots of information to help us navigate our transfers, customs, taxes, etc. The resort she helped us choose not only filled the bill for our wants and needs, but between the excursions and the beautiful beach, we could not have been more pleased with it her advice.
